Jay-Z's new 40/40 club in Las Vegas did not pass their inspection.
What does that mean?

The venue won't open as previously planned, throwing a major curveball to the rapper and entrepreneur.

"Unless Jay-Z and his team miraculously come up with certain licenses and certificates by Sunday, then they won't be able to go on with their New Year's Eve party plans," a source familiar with the situation tells us.

Not only that, Jigga and his team have to refund all tickets for the opening, which will add even more costs to their starting on the wrong foot Sin City venture.

That means that Barron's kids and grandkids are gonna be left with just $69 million to split amongst them. AND don't forget the taxes they have to pay on that!

Rapper Yung Joc didn't show up at his arraignment on a felony gun possession charge today (December 26) in Cleveland, Ohio and is now considered a fugitive.

Today (December 26), prosecutors plan to issue an arrest warrant for the rapper, who missed a scheduled court date in Cuyahoga County County to respond to the charge.

Stanley Jackson Jr., Yung Joc's lawyer, apologized to Judge John Ryan and claimed that his famous client was out of town on personal and family business.

Judge Ryan doubled Yung Joc's bond from $50,000 to $100,000 dollars, while prosecutors are planning to issue an warrant for the rapper's arrest.

Cops to Yung Joc: U "Going Doooown"

Rapper Yung Joc has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon, after cops say they found a loaded semi-automatic gun in his carry-on bag at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

He was arrested (without incident) around 6:15AM, right before he was to board a Delta flight, when the weapon was discovered at a regular security checkpoint. Joc even told the police that he didn't know the gun was in his bag.

He is now free on $50,000 bail and will be arraigned Wednesday.

B2K member Raz B and his brother Ricky Romance appear to be confirming the long-time speculation that Chris Stokes, the man behind B2K and Marques Houston's career, was a child molester.
In the video being posted on YouTube, Raz B admitted that Chris Stokes molested him and other members of the group B2K

Rapper Yung Berg got arrested over the weekend (Dec.21) for smoking weed.

The arrest took place on the set of the video for singer Ray J.'s new single "Sexy Can I" from his forthcoming release All I Feel, which features the rapper.

According to sources, the 21-year-old rapper, born Christian Ward, is currently being held at the Miami-Dade Jail.

Kelly missed a court date in his child pornography case Wednesday after his tour bus was stopped by Utah state police.Judge Vincent Gaughan, presiding over the case, entered a warrant for Kelly's arrest. But he held off on putting it into effect until Thursday, when Gaughan ordered Kelly to appear before him at 9 a.m.

Teenage rapper Lil Mama, whose real name is Niatia Jessica Kirkland, suffered a terrible loss over the weekend. On Saturday afternoon, Lil Mama's mother passed away.Tyra Kirkland (Lil Mama's mother) was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 and had been valiantly fighting the disease ever since. Lil Mama received the news of her mother's passing while at an Atlanta concert. She immediately returned to New York to be with family.

Despite mostly negative reviews, Will Smith’s latest film, I Am Legend, is raking it in at the U.S. box office this weekend.
The movie made a very impressive $30 million on Friday and is expected to take in $80 million total this weekend.
The film’s take is good enough for the biggest December opening ever.
Will Smith is the new king of the box office!

Also opening this weekend was the new Chipmunks movie, which also performed much better than expected. That film should take in about $40 million, almost double what had been predicted.
