9. Please don’t give the MPD (Metropolitan Police Department) any reason to send 950,000 volts in your tushi. The last thing Barack Obama needs to be worried about is whether or not the cop on duty had a reason to defend himself. Act right, folks.

8. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT yell “GOTCHA” to anyone outside of the African-American culture. This is in no way a “GOTCHA” moment. So it has been confirmed that model and Baby Phat creater Kimora Lee is pregnant.

Kimora Lee Simmons and actor Djimon Hounsou are expecting their first child together, a source close to the couple tells Usmagazine.com.

Simmons, 33, has two daughters, Ming Lee, 8, and Aoki Lee, 6, with hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons, whom she divorced in 2008 after nearly 10 years of marriage.

"I have a lot of hang-ups in life with men. I'm not very trusting," she told Harper's Bazaar last year. "After my breakup, I thought, 'I don't need anything.'"

But after meeting Hounsou in February 2007, she said, "I have someone who has the heart, the soul, and the hotness."

Added Hounsou , "My first impression has always been the same, that she's a very beautiful lady, very capable and intelligent and smart with great family values. She's the least high-maintenance lady I've ever dated."

Asked if she wanted more kids, Simmons told Us last September, "I would love to. I practice everyday."

Yung Berg Arrest Caught on Tape

So Yung Berg got arrested in Miami.

And here's what happened:

Dude was drunk and high and decided to get on a motorcycle/mo-ped...

Some DUMB broad decided to get on the bike with him.

He goes out into traffic and crashes the bike with her on it (good for her, she shouldn't have had her dumb on there with him).

He getting arrested. He kept throwing "I'm an artist" in the situation.

The police did not care, especially after they found the weed in his pocket.

His manager shows up and tries to get his jewelry, the won't let him get it. So he in turn assaults one of them and takes out on foot...

"R&B singer R. Kelly and his wife of 11 years, Andrea Lee Kelly, are officially divorced, according to a statement from their lawyers Thursday.

Kelly, 42, and Andrea, 35, will have joint custody of their three children. No other details were revealed.The announcement follows Kelly’s acquittal of child pornography charges in June.The couple weathered martial ups and downs during the six-year-long case. In 2005, Andrea, filed an emergency protective order to keep the singer away from her amid claims of physical abuse which she rescinded weeks later. The couple then filed for divorce in 2006, but were still trying to make things work.

After years of silence, Andrea told Essence magazine in 2007, “Some people in my position would probably be very broken right now, and they would probably be saying, ‘Woe is me.’ But I’m just not that person.”

The couple married in 1996, two years after the then-20-year-old Andrea had auditioned as a backup dancer for the singer/songwriter/record producer."
