According to sources, the 27 year old singer recently popped the question to music ICON Whitney Houston during a recent phone conversation.
According to MediaTakeOut the source (an insider from Ray J's camp) had this to say:
"[Whitney] thought it was a joke at first, but [Ray J's] dead serious ... She told him that she'd think about it."
