The hip-hop mogul is visiting London to see the New Jersey Nets take on the Miami Heat at The O2 this weekend.

But get this, no one wants to come out of pocket even when he's lowered the fee to $13,000.

He might have to party on his own tab.

Kanye West just performed in New York City at Madison Square Gardern last night for his Glow in the Dark Tour. During his show, Jay-Z came out and performed the first verse to his song "Jockin' Jay-Z" from his upcoming album "Blueprint III".
