Former Jay-Z homie and Roc-A-Fella Records company co-founder Damon Dash and his wife, fashion designer Rachel Roy, are in jeopardy of losing two of their Manhattan apartments after failing to pay their hefty mortgages.

Their bank says in a court filing the couple owes a combineds total of $7.3 million on the two properties and have begun foreclosure proceedings.

They're were supposed to make monthly payments of $78,500.

You know that's the cost of some people's houses or condos at least..

That's a damn shame..

So looks like Tito Jackson is having money troubles too.

How so??

He's being sued in England over a $24,000 loan.

The legal action has been taken by a martial arts school owner and fitness trainer named Matt Fiddes, who was at one point friends with the Jacksons.

The $24,000 Fiddes seeks is the balance of a loan of about $40,000 he made to Tito.
Despite his own money problems, MJ was able to help his bro a bit!

Michael paid $17,000 of the total loan.

..That's a damn shame....It's sad to see the Jacksons having money trouble like that.
